As a professional development and training practice, Beyond Words, Inc. aims to disrupt patterns in order to create change. Based in Los Altos, California, our company combines the power of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with improvisational techniques, creating experiential learning programs for teams, businesses, and individuals.

It is our core belief that any participant, whether professionally or personally, has the ability to maximize potential when given the proper tools, knowledge, and confidence. Participants from all over the world choose to experience Beyond Words, where they learn a common language that forms a powerful foundation, irrespective of cultural background.

Hadas Tepman
CEO + Founder of Beyond Words, Inc.

For more than 15 years, Hadas has coached, trained, and mentored teams and individuals using a unique five-step approach to unleash their hidden potential. Her programs celebrate diversity in thought, language, and culture, offering an inviting environment for participants to connect and uncover their full potential together.

 Since 2005, Hadas has coached a number organizations, businesses, and educators around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and is both a certified NLP Master Success Coach and certified NLP Master Practitioner.
