Creating A Culture Of Connection, Communication, + Collaboration.
Success is the product of repeated failure. The ability to embrace failure is the birthplace of creativity and risk-taking. The fear of failure holds us back from being present in our work and making greater impact on the organization.
Embracing failure requires teams to create a culture of trust and non-judgment where individuals feel safe and unhindered. This culture is the birthplace of strong connections and true authentic communication among team members; powerful human connections formed in a supportive environment lead to greater innovation and creativity within the organization.
Our work with individuals and teams cultivates an environment where human connection and communication inspire innovation. We tap into each individual's authentic talents and strengths so we can elevate overall contribution to the company.
IN THIS SECTION
Our coaching approach emphasizes nonverbal communication, team dynamics, and trust-building. We celebrate mistake-making and the “power of yes.”
By applying the techniques of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), we introduce groups to the power of choice, inspire curiosity, and explore unending possibilities. By practicing these techniques in a hands-on environment, we equip participants with the skills, mindset, and tools they need to achieve extraordinary results.
We then make the concepts of NLP actionable, by guiding groups through hands-on exercises which build on the foundations of “yes, and,” “always make your partner look good,” shifting power dynamics, etc. By participating in the process, team members sharpen their leadership skills, learn to trust their intuition, tap into available resources, and take on-the-spot decisive action.
Best of all, all our programs are engaging, fun, and immediately applicable!
By the end of our programs, participants will know how to:
Use NLP techniques to change their mental patterns and develop their unique potential.
Replace limiting beliefs to achieve business and personal goals.
Establish instant rapport with others.
Develop fulfilling and productive relationships.
Build flexibility, confidently adapting to changing situations.
Create an environment of trust.
Inspire employees to love their jobs (again).

FAQ
How long does it take to see results?
Results are immediate! What you learn, you instantly apply—yet with practice, the results pay even MORE dividends. For this reason, our programs vary depending on your goals. From one-day workshops with individuals and teams (like business units, teachers, or boards) to several week-long sessions, we tailor a program that is right for you.
What role does the coach play?
As experienced facilitators, our role is to be fully present, inviting you to engage, step out of your comfort zone, and become part of the process. In turn, we lead from behind as active participants. The beauty of this is that you walk away from our time together with the knowledge that what you’ve learned is all your own.
At the end of every session, we encourage you to share any and all “Aha!” moments in order to create purposeful action, incorporating newfound learnings into your daily life.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) is one of the most transformative set of tools and techniques for personal and professional transformation. The principles are pulled from cognitive and social psychology, philosophy, quantitative and qualitative communication studies, etc. By implementing NLP, teams and individuals are able to reach extraordinary results.
